AED Product Set-up and Support
Our AED product set-up service is only available when you purchase a live AED from us and is valid for the warranty duration of your selected AED. We will carefully ship your AED and any accessories via recorded courier service on a 1-2 working day priority service (please view our delivery terms as some remote areas may take longer)
Prior to shipping we will record details from your AED such as serial number, electrode pad and battery expiry dates so we can remind you when they are due to expire.
When your AED has been delivered please contact our friendly team on 0330 0435 818 to schedule a call with an advisor to guide you through setting up your AED and ongoing checks required.
We will then discuss and advise on the best location for your defibrillator using details you provide. We will also inform you of any further recommendations as a result of the details you provide.
