Defibrillator Product Support

Description

Our Product support service is only available when you purchase a live Defibrillator (AED) from us and is valid for the warranty duration of your selected AED.

Prior to shipping we will record details from your AED such as serial number, electrode pad and battery expiry dates so we can remind you when they are due to expire.

When your AED has been delivered please contact our friendly team quoting your order number on 0330 043 5818 or email us at sales@defibwarehouse.co.uk to schedule a phone call with an advisor to guide you through setting up your AED and ongoing checks required.

We will then discuss and advise on the best location for your defibrillator using details you provide. We will also inform you of any further recommendations as a result of details you give us.
