What sized first aid kit do you need?

You should consider the level of risk and number of employees. Employers should carry out a needs assessment to determine exact requirements in line with guidance from HSE. Generally a large first aid kit is required in higher hazard locations employing more than 25 staff (1 kit per 25 employees). For low hazard locations 1 large kit per 100 employees.
