About the iPAD SP1 Semi Automatic Defibrillator
The iPAD SP1 defibrillator has been developed with the end user in mind, making it as easy as possible to use. Its award-winning design and high quality manufacture incorporates the latest in defibrillation technology to assist the user in saving precious seconds when every second counts.
In operation, the iPAD SP1 intelligently guides the user with calm voice prompts and large, clear illustrations which illuminate to highlight key commands. Instructions are given at every step and importantly, the voice prompts automatically adjust to background noise. This can be crucial when surrounding noise escalates and in challenging environments if sudden cardiac arrest strikes.
The iPAD SP1 is equipped with pre-connected dual electrode pads that can be used on both adults and children. By simply lifting a clear, safety cover on the front, the device can be switched immediately to paediatric mode.
This saves valuable time in an emergency as well as the cost of purchasing extra pads.
About the Defibsafe 2 Locked Cabinet
DefibSafe 2 is IP66 rated, giving superior protection from the elements. The door is made from polycarbonate the same material that is used to make riot shields giving additional peace of mind about the safety of the defibrillator inside.
Super Strong – The exterior of the cabinet is made from polyethylene which is both corrosion and impact resistant. The door is made from polycarbonate which is the same material used to construct riot shields giving additional protection from vandalism.
Stainless steel mechanical lock – The lock used on this cabinet comes with a two year warranty through normal usage, excluding vandalism. It is made from high quality stainless steel making it durable and weatherproof. It has an in-built clutch mechanism to prevent forced entry and lock damage.
Thermostatic heating plate and full insulation – The heating plate has a thermal cut-out mechanism. The plate is kept at 10 degrees and is never allowed to drop below 5 degrees. The heat plate will never reach above 25 degrees ensuring that your defibrillator is stored at the correct temperature.
