Q1. Do you keep products in stock or just send from a third party supplier? A.We hold large volumes of stock so we can supply the lifesaving products you need quickly. Our website is updated daily and we work hard to ensure our stock levels are correct.
Q2. If a product is showing as in stock then is it really? A. If a product is showing as in stock then it is. If a product is not in stock and we don’t have an exact lead time then it will not be available to purchase.
Q3. Can I buy a product that is not in stock? A. No. We don’t take money for goods that are not available. You can however subscribe to a stock alert so we will email you when stock is available to purchase. We have experienced an unprecedented demand in recent months and are finding that more customers are contacting us before making a purchase to ensure stock is available. In many cases customers have placed orders in good faith with other companies that have taken their money without being honest about stock levels and lead times. Q4. I have being told that there are delays from defibrillator manufacturers leading to lack of availability in the UK. Is this true? A. Yes many defibrillator manufacturers are struggling to keep up with the increased demand for products globally whilst also facing issues with shipping delays, availability of semi-conductors and other electronic parts required to make defibrillators. In many cases there are longer lead times from the factories to the distribution network.
Q5. Why does www.defibwarehouse have some products in stock that other sellers don’t? A. We work with some of the best suppliers in the world and ensure orders are placed months/years in advance so we have the stock when we need it. We also manufacture some products so this helps too!
Q6. If I place an order online how long will it take to be delivered? A. When placing an order for a stock item our website will give delivery options at the checkout depending on your location. Our standard delivery is £4.95 + vat or free on orders over £75 + vat to most mainland areas of the UK. Some areas are slightly more such as highlands of Scotland etc. Standard delivery takes upto 7 working days. We have the option of 1-2 day delivery for £6.63 + vat (this is more in some areas so please see shipping calculator at checkout)
