The iPAD SP1 semi-automatic defibrillator uses pre-connected dual adult/child pads with a simple one-button operation, so there’s no need to swap electrode pads in an emergency. It detects whether CPR is being performed and gives clear voice prompts, audible up to 90 decibels, to keep responders on track. After a cycle of CPR, the device can perform patient analysis and be ready for shock delivery in less than 6 seconds.
