Battery Replacement Instructions
Mindray BeneHeart AED battery replacement is quick and straightforward. Follow these simple steps:
- Turn OFF the device: ensure the device is switched off before replacing the battery
- Open the battery compartment: remove the two screws on the back of your Mindray BeneHeart defibrillator (C or S series) and open the battery cover
- Remove the old battery: slide the battery to the left and lift it out of the battery compartment.
- Insert the new battery: place the new battery into the compartment, designed for a seamless fit with compatible Mindray BeneHeart AED devices.
- Slide securely into place: slide the new battery to the right until it clicks into place to ensure a proper connection
- Secure the battery cover: put the battery cover back and secure it with the two screws
- Check the status indicator: ensure the AED runs its automatic self-test and shows a ready/green status indicator to confirm it is correctly installed and ready for use.

Warning: This battery is NOT compatible with the MINDRAY BeneHeart D1 AED model. Using incorrect battery models may cause device malfunction or failure.
Battery storage: The battery storage temperature is between -5 °C and 35 °C. Storing batteries at temperatures above 38 °C (100 °F) for an extended period of time significantly shortens the battery operating time and standby life.
